Autocorrect Oops

How many times have you accidentally typed “adn” and the friendly autocorrect feature on your computer or other electronic device immediately changed it to “and”? No doubt, autocorrect is helpful for catching these typos or silently fixing your mistake when you leave the shift key down a split second too long and type “This” when you meant “This.” And who doesn’t appreciate when it changes “correspondance” to “correspondence,” sparing you of having to consult a dictionary?
