Featured Job Opportunity: Confidential Secretary

Based in Seattle, Washington, this position will provide direct support to the Wastewater Treatment Division Director and Assistant Director, involving a range of administrative services including office management, personnel, budget, problem solving, program development and administration functions.
Applicants should have at least seven years of administrative general office experience (including experience assisting at the Director Level) providing administrative, technical, clerical and customer service support functions in a fast paced environment, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Also requires ability to perform complex word-processing tasks, including mail-merges, legal document production/preparation, maintenance and periodic updating of mailing lists and boilerplate documents.
Must be to able work under pressure, meet deadlines and effectively manage time to work on multiple tasks in high pressure and short deadline environment. Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice is also critical.
The hourly rate for this position is between $26.02 and $32.98, depending on experience and qualifications.
