Featured Job Opportunity: Executive Assistant for Make-a-Wish
We know many of you are seeking a new (or better) job, so to help you uncover valuable opportunities, we'll be spotlighting a job of the week. This week, we’re featuring an opportunity for an executive administrative assistant for the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Idaho.
Based in Boise, Idaho, this position provides administrative support for Program Services, Fund Development and administration. Coordinates overall administrative activities for the Foundation to include ordering supplies, maintain storage room, and office equipment. Also assists with donor and volunteer recognition and handles initial data entry into database for donors, donations and volunteers. Generates reports as needed for mailings and communication.
Additional duties also include managing website and assisting with social media content, assisting with internal and external publications, newsletters, annual reports, etc. and handling graphic design for flyers and promotional material.
Their ideal candidate would have a bachelor’s degree, plus three years of experience in a fast paced office environment with excellent verbal and written communications skills. Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations, and also have the ability to multi-task, develop priorities with critical attention to detail. Applicants should be proficient with variety of software applications, spreadsheets, database, presentations and graphic design.
