Featured Job Opportunity: Executive Assistant at Urban Land Institute

Based in Washington, D.C. this position will provide administrative and research support for various projects. Specific duties include managing executive calendar, expense reporting, arranging travel, scheduling meetings, answering phones, drafting correspondence, preparing presentations and other communication materials and managing email.
Also provides extensive support for meetings, hosted events, presentations, and communications projects. Provides basic research, administrative and/or logistical support for events sponsored by the department as needed. May provide support for production of research and analytical reports. This includes managing and updating databases, creating and running database reports, analyzing data, producing report documents and presentations.
Requires bachelor’s degree plus at least seven years of executive administrative experience, including managing executive calendar and meeting schedule and arranging travel. Must have excellent writing skills, including ability to draft correspondence and presentations on behalf of an executive. Prior experience in a large nonprofit organization or membership association is helpful. A candidate with an interest in housing, sustainability, public policy, real estate is preferred.
