Featured Job Opportunity: Receptionist for Residential Association

Based in Sugar Land, Texas, this position involves preparing and managing the budget for various accounts related to the position; completing purchase orders and accounts payable vouchers for various purchases.
Answers incoming phone calls, updates and create forms used throughout the office and takes minutes at board meetings and other meetings as required. Also responsible for maintaining front desk, lobby, conference room, bathroom and kitchen areas. Handles incoming payments, verifying accuracy and completeness; prepares deposits.
They are looking for someone with exceptional customer relations skills who is able to learn operations of the Association and the ability to direct customers to the appropriate staff. Must have good analytical and verbal communication skills and the ability to proofread effectively. Good grammar skills required. Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task, and be proficient in various computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with a multi-line telephone system required. Must either be a notary, or be eligible to become a notary.
