What are some birthday recognition ideas you have done in your workplace? We are always trying to think of great new ways to make our co-workers feel special and everyone is getting sick of cake.

We always like to make birthdays special on our team. Some of the things we've done in the past are have team lunches, brought in cupcakes, brought in bagels, decorated cubicles, given cards and other small gifts, etc.
