Tech Tip: Tudumo Software
We are all constantly looking for tools that can help us be more productive and get more done in less time. To that end, some of us may have tried the “Getting Things Done” method—a book and related products designed to help people be more productive. If you are a dan of the GTD methodology, you might want to check out Tudumo, a software program designed to help augment other GTD tools.
Tudumo is a tool that helps turn your workload into a structured set of tasks that are easily manageable by using the program’s clean and simple user interface. If you tend to have a bunch of to-do lists scattered all over the place, you can now combine them into one central list where each item is easy to see and take care of.
In a hurry? Helpful shortcut keys allow you to enter tasks quickly and easily. You can view all tasks at once, or divide them into subsets so you only see one group at a time. You can also filter tasks by tags, deadlines or other criteria. The online sync lets you share tasks between computers.
The program’s automatic backup system saves several copies of your previous lists, so you can recover any items you may have accidentally deleted.
You can try it out for free for 30 days. After that, it costs $29.95.
